这几天都面试了不少人.

真实个案:
有个UK留学归来的设计师, 就简称他为K先生, 上来我公司面试, 应征Creative Designer. 从他的谈吐中看得出他对设计有满腔的热诚, portfolio也不错. 当他present完后, 我们就如常的进行简单的问答.

我: So how is your software skills?
K先生: Erm… some Adobe software like Photoshop, Illustrator…
早餐王子(Art Director): Do you use Indesign?
K先生: Yes, I used Indesign.
老牛(Business Director): How about Freehand? Do you use Freehand?
K先生: No… no, I don’t use Freehand.
老牛: How about other design software?
K先生: No… no, but… I think “idea” is more important…
我: … (无言)

比喻个案:
有个人到一间手机专卖店欲购买电话.

顾客: Any features on this new mobile phone?
店员: Erm… You can use it to send SMS, MMS…
顾客: Can I use it to take picture?
店员: Yes, this model come with build in camera, you can use it to take photo.
顾客: How about online? Can I use it to check email or browsing internet?
店员: No… no, it can’t online.
顾客: How about other feature?
店员: No… no, but… I think most important thing is you can use this mobile phone to make a phone call…
顾客: …


身为创意设计师, “idea”永远都是那么的重要, 这谁都懂吧?!
